Katie and I have known each other for a long while – she basically grew up in the same circle as Sean (my hubs) – so I was super stoked when she and Marshall picked me to be their photographer! They hang out at San Pedro Square in downtown San Jose a lot (as do we) and with the weather being unpredictable lately it seemed like the perfect spot for their engagement shoot. We had some coffee, and Katie and Marshall brought a game a they like to play. I love when there’s something to do during an engagement shoot that helps folks feel “in their element” and allows me to capture some candids. These two just made each other laugh and smile the whole time, and that’s just the best. Can’t wait for their wedding in just a little over a month!
